Whenever you make the decision to step up to the next level of leadership, impact and income. The Universe conspires to make that vision a reality. It will bring people and circumstances to not only make it happen but more importantly, to make you the person who can embody that next level.
The problem is that we expect the process to only be a positive experiences and that is often the case.
However sometimes what you need for the next level is the kind of life experience that will help you let go of ways of being that will lend themselves a liability when you get to the next level.
Take for instance what Mteto Nyati and Prof Mamokgethi are currently going through. The emotional resilience that will get them to overcome cannot be built now when they need it, it has to have been cultivated before hand.
So it is with you. It is possible that that what you might be lacking is the ability to hold a vision steady even when circumstances – physical evidence indicates otherwise. Your patterns might be to go into victim mode, manipulation or giving up when faced with adverse circumstances.
Research shows that when an organisation is going through change, productivity goes down, that is what is otherwise known as ‘the mess in the middle’. A Visionary doesn’t panic when this happens because she knows how to see with the eyes of her mind.
The universe might bring you a succession of failures to cultivate your ability to withstand difficulties without loosing sight of the vision. It might look like your are falling short of the next level, while you are actually advancing rapidly towards it.
What I do for you as a coach is to hold your focus on the vision steady while, helping you recognise and release your habitual limiting patterns. I do not just help
you clarify your vision but I also help you through the mess in the middle.
