I’m learning that the truth is we do not create big breaks . We create an environment that allows for miraculous things to happen.
When you write a book, make art, create a lesson plan. You can never know how it will be received. You can do whatever you can to align it to what research says work but you can’t really know if it will work out.
How then do you create miraculous success? is it by hard work? There are many hardworking people that are not successful. Is it by striving for excellence? Maybe, but I have met people who are really good at what they do but they are experiencing an average level of success.
I have come to learn that the secret is to create an environment that aligns, that reflects the success you want to experience. Not only through your beliefs, or your words but through your actions as well.
Do you want the next level of leadership, impact and income? Who do you need to be to become that person? What level of beliefs, words, actions, preparedness does that kind of leader require? How are you already that person? How are you not?
